Jennifer “Jenny” Arnold is a managing attorney at Arnold & Arnold. Her areas of practice include workers’ compensation, automobile liability, civil litigation, insurance defense, appeals, personal injury, subrogation, conservatorships, and mental health law.


Ms. Arnold graduated from the prestigious Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee where she was a state champion tennis player. She went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Professional Biology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she was a member of multiple academic honor societies. Jenny Arnold subsequently received her Juris Doctor from Appalachian School of Law. During law school, Ms. Arnold completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Judge W. Neil Thomas, III in Chattanooga, Tennessee.


Ms. Arnold is very active in education. Since 2005, she has been an adjunct professor at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she has taught Interview & Investigation, Medical Malpractice – Legal Issues in Healthcare, and Evidence. From 2012 – 2013, Ms. Arnold was the interim coordinator for the Legal Assistant Studies program in the Criminal Justice Department at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and she coordinated the Internship program as well as research/special topics for students in the Legal Assistant Studies program. Ms. Arnold has also been an adjunct professor in Torts at Chattanooga State Community College, where she currently serves on the Paralegal Advisory Committee.  Ms. Arnold has served as a PTA Board Member, and she has been a tennis instructor for juniors at Manker Patten Tennis Club.

In addition to workers’ compensation, we specialize in insurance defense, subrogation, criminal defense, and personal injury. Prairie A. Arnold is a managing attorney at Arnold & Arnold. His areas of practice include workers’ compensation, general liability, employment law, personal injury, insurance defense, trucking litigation, contract law, subrogation, criminal law, mental health law, and appellate work.


Mr. Arnold received his Bachelor of Science in the ABA-accredited Legal Assistant Studies program in the Criminal Justice Department at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Mr. Arnold assisted in coordinating a successful judicial campaign during his undergraduate tenure.  Mr. Arnold subsequently received his Juris Doctor from Appalachian School of Law where he chaired the Moot Court Drafting Committee. During law school, he completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Judge W. Neil Thomas, III in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Mr. Arnold was also awarded the prestigious American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law and Bureau of National Affairs Award for Excellence in the Study of Intellectual Property while attending law school.  Following law school, Mr. Arnold served as a member of the civil defense counsel for the Marsh defendants in the individual and class action lawsuits in the Tri-State crematory proceedings. He has taught Advanced Legal Research and Writing in the ABA-accredited Legal Assistant Studies program at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Mr. Arnold has also been a member of the following professional organizations: American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Chattanooga Bar Association, and Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM).
